Welcome to the Dublin Symphony Orchestra web site.
We wish to thank all those who attended our concerts last season.
New members are always welcome, so if you are seeing this site for the first time, and think that you are of the standard to play with us please send an email to here. 
We have positions available in our entire string sections, and urgently require players of Viola, Cello and Bass. We also have vacancies in our woodwind section for an oboe and in the brass sections there are horn, trumpet, Bass trombone & tuba positions. We also urgently require percussionists for our next two concerts.
The Orchestra rehearses every Tuesday evening from 8pm until 10pm during the school term in St. Louis Convent/Secondary School, Rathmines, Dublin 6.
